Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment policies for new customers are Credit Card.
A credit card must be provided prior to orders being shipped. Your credit card can remain on file at Custom Colour Imaging for all orders to be billed to, provided a pre-authorization form is completed for this purpose. Credit card charges that do not get authorized will result in delay of your orders. We will make every attempt to contact you in that event to prevent delays.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or Shipping Charges.

Minimum Order Charges
We have a minimum charge of $10.00 on most orders. Orders may not be combined to prevent a minimum order charge. Each and every order form and number will stand on its own. Shipping and Delivery charges extra.

Colour Correction
All products and services offered do not include additional charges for colour correction, computer time, artwork and or retouching. All files submitted for printing must have a valid ICC profile embedded. We recommend sRGB or Adobe 1998. Files need to be flattened JPG files. Layered PSD, RAW or any format can be converted at a charge. Orders submitted that do not meet the criteria above are subject to cancellation.
Orders submitted through ROES will support JPG and Most TIF and / RAW files. This will although increase the transmission time of your order. We recommend sending JPG files in most cases.

Colour Management
Images and or files must have a valid ICC profile embedded. We recommend sRGB or Adobe 1998.
Having your files in the correct working space is only one important part of a color management system. You need to have a properly calibrated and profiled monitor to insure that the colors on your monitor match the colors in the prints you receive from CCI. We strongly recommend the purchase of a hardware calibration
device to properly calibrate and profile your monitor. Target prints and calibration information is available upon request.

Turn Around Times
The seasonal nature of our business and special circumstances with some orders may cause in lab time to vary from time to time. Take these variables into consideration when communication estimated delivery of finished products to your clients and provide them with a realistic delivery date. Additional services ordered such as mounting and finishing will also extend production times.
Rush services can be accomodated when selected as an order option in ROES. We will make every attempt to meet all requests for rush orders; but do no make any guarantees.

ROES (Remote Order Entry System)
The primary method of submitting orders to Custom Colour Imaging is via ROES.
ROES can be launched direct from this site by clicking the ROES icon above.
Most products and services are offered in ROES. The product and services portfolio is constantly changing and growing and we do our best to maintain those offering via ROES.

FTP
Orders can also be transmitted via FTP where a specific need to do so arises; but ROES will handle the majority of orders submitted to Custom Colour Imaging. FTP account can be requested from our service team at
digital@ccimaging.com. FTP orders are not processed automatically and require the user to send an email notification of the transmitted order to our service team.
